Relocating from Nashville to Austin is no small undertaking, and working with Cynthia was the single best decision we made in the entire process. We were fortunate to be personally referred to her, and now that we’ve completed our home search, I want others—especially those moving from out of state or looking for luxury properties—to know what a standout partner she is.
For nearly 10 months, Cynthia showed us homes every time we flew into Austin. She never rushed us, never pushed us, and always came prepared with thoughtful insights about each neighborhood. We explored South Congress, Zilker, South Austin, and ultimately found our dream home in Allandale—a neighborhood we might never have considered without her guidance. It offered the space we needed while still giving us the urban feel and walkability that were non‑negotiable for our family.
Cynthia’s value went far beyond opening doors. She helped us understand school zoning, especially when our son unexpectedly shifted from planning to attend a private school in South Congress to wanting to enroll in public school.
